Terms of Service

By accessing or using AIHR BD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

AIHR BD provides a multi-tenant HR, payroll and attendance platform delivered as a software-as-a-service. Features available to you depend on your active subscription tier.

You agree not to misuse the service — including reverse engineering, attempting to disrupt service availability, or uploading content that is illegal under Bangladeshi law.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Charges are processed in BDT via the payment methods you authorise (including bKash and Nagad where supported). Refunds are handled per the policy in your plan agreement.

AIHR BD is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
