Every new company starts on the Free plan with no payment required. You can evaluate AIHR BD for as long as you need before upgrading — no card on file, no surprise charges.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Starter, Business, custom) are billed monthly or yearly via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer in BDT (৳). Subscription periods are non-refundable except as described below.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide it's not the right fit within 7 days, email from your registered address and we will refund the most recent payment in full. This applies to first-time upgrades only.
Cancellation
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from the billing screen or by contacting support. Your account stays on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then automatically reverts to Free. You keep access to your data either way.
Failed payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, your account will continue on the current plan for a 7-day grace period. We'll email you with retry instructions. After grace, the account is downgraded to Free — no data is deleted.
Pro-rated refunds
Annual plans cancelled mid-year are not pro-rated unless required by local law or in exceptional circumstances (e.g. service outage breaking SLA). Reach out and we'll review fairly, case by case.
Disputes
For any billing dispute, contact within 30 days of the charge. We aim to resolve within 5 working days.
