What we collect
AIHR BD stores the workforce data you provide — employee profiles, attendance, payroll, leave, documents and related operational data — on behalf of your organisation as the data controller.
How we use it
We use your data solely to provide the AIHR BD service: rendering your dashboards, running payroll, syncing attendance devices, sending notifications, and maintaining audit logs. We never sell your data.
Tenant isolation
Every company has its own isolated workspace, enforced at the database layer with row-level security. No employee or admin from one company can ever see another company’s data.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. On cancellation you can export everything; we then delete records within 30 days unless legally required to retain them longer.
