Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. AIHR BD also uses similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and IndexedDB to keep the platform working and to remember your preferences.

We group the storage we set into three categories:

• Strictly necessary — authentication session tokens, CSRF protection, trusted-device fingerprints, and load-balancer routing. Without these the platform cannot function and they cannot be disabled.
• Functional — theme preference (light/dark), sidebar state, language and timezone, last-used filters on reports. These improve your experience but are not required to use the platform.
• Analytics — aggregated, anonymised usage data used only to understand which features are working well. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The marketing site may load a small number of third-party scripts (for example, Google Search Console verification and hosting analytics). The authenticated application does not embed third-party advertising or social-media trackers.

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. You can also clear functional preferences from the in-app Settings screen.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the application and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
