Document collection is where HR compliance quietly fails
Every audit, every bank loan verification and every labour inspection starts the same way: someone asks for a document, and HR spends two days searching email threads, WhatsApp groups and a shared drive. The file usually exists — it is just not findable.
AIHR BD turns document collection into a tracked request. HR names the document, sets a due date and sends it to one employee or many. The status is visible at all times: awaiting upload, overdue, pending review or approved. Nothing depends on remembering who was asked.
Security matters as much as convenience. Employee documents contain NID numbers, salary information and bank details. Files in AIHR BD are stored privately with company-level isolation, so an employee of one company can never reach another company's records, and an employee can only ever see their own.

Why teams in Bangladesh choose it
Named requests

Mobile upload
Employees photograph or attach the file from their phone and submit in seconds.
Due dates & overdue view
One tab shows everything past its due date, so follow-up takes minutes instead of an afternoon.
Notifications both ways
The employee is notified when a document is requested; HR is notified when it arrives.
Review workflow
Approve or reject with a note. Rejected documents can be re-submitted without a new request.
Private by design
Files are stored per company and per employee with access rules enforced in the database, not the browser.
How it works

Employee uploads
They get a notification and upload a PDF or image from the mobile portal.
HR reviews
Approve, or reject with a note explaining what needs correcting.
Stored in the vault
The approved file sits on the employee record with expiry tracking where relevant.
Frequently asked questions
What file types can employees upload?
PDF, JPG and PNG up to 10 MB per file. The limit is enforced on the server, not just in the browser.
Can an employee change a request after submitting?
They can re-submit a rejected or pending request, but they cannot alter the requested document name, due date or review notes.
Are HR documents publicly accessible by URL?
No. Private HR documents require authenticated access and are isolated per company.
Can we request the same document from many employees?
Yes. Create the request per employee and track them together in the overdue and pending tabs.
